I just bought my first pair of blue jeans in at least 7 years. I've never had the best relationship with denim and years ago I gave up on wearing pants all-together and have since developed a formidable collection of skirts and dresses. When I was growing up and first started buying clothes for myself, the trend at the time was ultra low-cut denim with flared hems, NOT the best look on a curvy girl with short legs! So I decided jeans must not be not for everyone and especially not me... until now. I found a pair in a faded blue wash, high-waisted, skinny cut, with raw edges, and I got them online with rush shipping so I can try them on ASAP. I'll keep you posted.
