[thessaloniki video diary]

The beginning of my trip to Greece was spent in the city of Thessaloniki, a cultural hotspot and metropolitan mecca with deep, ancient roots. The majority of my time in the country was spent there and I grew to love those humid days of aimless wandering. We explored suburban streets by the sea, rode all the way up to the old city wall, meandered through the square at all hours of the day, and into shops and restaurants that either closed at 2pm or stayed open til 3am.
