New years eve is the greatest occasion to wear something completely over-the-top with sparkles and madly accesorize with shiny jewelry, even if I do stay home every year
...except for one time my family and some friends went down to Pasadena and staked out a spot on the sidewalk for two days so we could watch the Rose Parade up close - but that's a different story...Well, I wore sparkles cause its NYE and stayed home celebrating with the family again. I don't get very many opportunities to wear so many sequins and never gave my Rodarte for Target dress a proper post anyway so that night was the perfect occasion for this outfit! I DJed some tunes on my new laptop and headphones, played games and watched movies, and woke up early the next morning to eat my mom's traditional homemade doughnuts while watching the parade (but took a nice nap after-wards!) It was a pretty perfect way to celebrate!
I'm really excited about this new year. 2010 was such a big year for me but I have some very exciting things coming ahead - especially here on the blog! I have much higher hopes and plans for the coming months. Love you all! Happy new year and thank you for reading!!

I bet you wonder how you ever lived without a mac book now don't you? It provides me with endless amusement the fact that you can make it do different things by touching the trackpad with different numbers of fingers.
Homemade doughnuts sound SO good right now because I've just come back from the gym.
