1940s in Paris -Pt. 1

Bonjour! I've been quite busy this weekend, thus the lack of posts, but fortunately I have quite a few pictures!! Only posting fashion show pictures though, because that was definitely the best part :)
My friend, Melinda Carrie, asked me to be her assistant for a fashion show she took part in. It was a black tie event dedicated to raising awareness for breast cancer and was held in an auto museum. She was one of about 8 different designers but I think her collection was by far the best! Her inspiration was from the 1940s in Paris and I think that really came through in her designs. I would wear anything from this collection in a heartbeat! I especially fell for the red trousers, so hot! I got so many great pictures from the show I'm making this a two part post. Part 1- getting ready, part 2- preshow photoshoot and part 3- show.

ps- yes, I did wear the same thing twice in one week! It's such an easy outfit and I din't have much time to get ready in the morning so I just threw it on.
