Gateway

Today was surprisingly warm and I was able to wear something a little cooler than normal. I have a really hard time with the color and especially style of this skirt partly because it's not similar to anything else in my wardrobe. Consequently I've never found a way that I feel comfortable wearing it -until today. Instead of donning it high-waisted I think you're supposed to fold it and wear it lower (like at your hips) but that makes me look short and I'm short enough as it is! So today I did a little experimenting and came up with this look which I'm fairly pleased with.
